Jeremy Whitmore is a Mount Crawford, VA native who attended Turner Ashby High School where he was a stand out in wrestling and soccer. After graduation in 2000, he attended the University of Kentucky and achieved his BS in Biology in 2004. Jeremy would then go on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia/VCU in 2008. Dr. Whitmore has worked his entire professional career in the Shenandoah Valley and is well known for his compassion, keen talent in diagnostics/effective treatment strategies, and pursuit of excellence. Beyond serving for well over a decade in patient care, he has held managerial positions as both a Center Manager and Area Director.

Jeremy is extremely excited to be able to serve his home community, and is passionate about providing an exceptional care experience for every one of his patients. Other interesting facts about Jeremy include being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NHSCA, a retired Mixed Martial Arts champion, head coach of the Shenandoah Valley Wrestling Club, a certified CrossFit coach, CF Kettlebell Instructor, and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In his free time away from the clinic and coaching, he enjoys spending time with his two young sons (Caiden and Carson), wife Sarah, and is an avid outdoorsman and fitness enthusiast.
